Vitale Homes is more than a builder”

Originally established as Suntech Properties, under the direction of the family’s first generation, the company delivered hundreds of homes within self-developed neighborhoods and master-planned communities along the Gulf Coast of Florida. Plus, several thriving commercial and retail parcel development and construction projects.

As the company evolved from Suntech Properties, Suntech Homes, and Suntech Communities, the opportunity came in 2016 to rebrand the company as Vitale Homes.

Now, with the vision of the second generation’s leadership, Michael Vitale brings a contemporary approach supported by the family’s wealth of experience and longevity.

As owner/president, Michael has the ability to respond adeptly to ever-changing market conditions and has the flexibility to provide homes to the first-time buyer through to the executive custom home buyer.

Michael Vitale not only has previous home construction experience but also served in the war zones of Kosovo and Afghanistan for the N.A.T.O. alliance. Michael, and his wife – also a successful contractor and homebuilder in her own right – and their daughter and son live locally.
