How to Stop Feeling Tired All the Time

How to Stop Feeling Tired All the Time

Feeling sluggish since the morning, despite the good weather? Seasonal vegetables, fruits, gymnastics, and meditation will help to overcome chronic fatigue.

Why do you feel tired all time?

Chronic fatigue, mostly occurs after very hard work, against the background of general fatigue. Chronic fatigue can be caused by a constant lack of sleep, but full sleep and rest compensate for all this.

However, if a person sleeps at least 7-8 hours a day, insomnia does not bother him, the diet is dominated by healthy food and the diet itself is not disturbed, and in the morning person feeling like he worked all night – these are the symptoms of the disease.

For example, chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) often occurs after viral infections. Weakness, fatigue can also appear a month after the flu, SARS, bronchitis. And in people with lung disease, bronchial asthma, predisposition to allergies, heart and vascular problems, chronic fatigue syndrome can be against the background of these conditions. And the use of certain medications leads to chronic fatigue.

In addition, pessimism in life can also cause chronic fatigue: the inability to think positively, the constant expectation of something bad, the tendency to view any event from a negative angle can also cause apathy and constant weakness.

However, when to sound the alarm and run to the doctor – and is it necessary?

If after a full rest, for example after the weekend, fatigue remains, you need to consult a doctor. And if the fatigue lasts a week or more, be sure to see a doctor.

Also, a good reason to go to the doctor if you have:

  • memory loss, it became increasingly difficult to concentrate and do work;
  • a causeless cough, there is inflammation of the lymph nodes in the neck and armpits;
  • sore muscles and joints for no apparent reason (you did not play sports, there was no exercise);
  • headaches, difficulty falling asleep, and sleep itself is interrupted.

And what can do a doctor?

If chronic fatigue syndrome is the result of depression, then most likely a person is deficient in serotonin and dopamine – hormones responsible for pleasure, joy, and energy. Then the specialist will prescribe medication, possibly antidepressants. They help to improve metabolism, especially in the brain. But each case of CFS is very individual, and success depends not only on the doctor but also on the person.

What you can do?

It depends on the person whether he wants to organize his diet and rest, resort to physical activity, quit smoking and other bad habits, or begin to learn to be more optimistic about life and think positively.

Relaxation treatments and exercises

It may be any type of activity, the main thing – that they were under your power and to your liking. For example, a lymphatic drainage massage will eliminate lymphatic stagnation, which will improve metabolic processes in body tissues. Relaxing will help relieve fatigue and reload your mind.

Also, a good way to combat chronic fatigue – meditation and various breathing practices. Even calm inhalation and exhalation of air and concentration on the tip of the nose will relax you and improve blood circulation in the body.

And even more effective will be exercises that will help the heart and lungs, train your muscles. The usual push-ups from the floor or wall, squats, lifting the legs 90 degrees lying on your back – these simple exercises can be performed at home.

Do it regularly, then there will be an effect. The same goes for massage, meditation, and other practices. Get a good habit: meditate regularly, go for a massage or do light exercises.

Motivation

That’s the problem with motivation, especially if you do not want anything and you get tired. No one but the person himself will be able to make him want to be cheerful, active, and happy.

But if your fatigue is associated with depression or you can not cope with yourself – it’s not a shame, seek help. Rehabilitation and psychotherapists will teach you not only the practice of relaxation and psycho correction, simple exercises, or gymnastics.

Foods that will charge energy

First of all, if you have not already done so, it is important to reduce the amount of fatty, sweet, too salty, canned food in your diet. Sugar, sweets, fast food not only give us extra pounds but also deprive us of vital energy.

For energy metabolism in the body requires foods rich in iron, protein, antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids.
